Returns and refunds

Compact Packing, trading as Lab Diamonds Direct, offers a 30-day change-of-mind return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase. Contact us at owmferrier@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will give you the correct return address and instructions. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Approved change-of-mind returns may require you to pay return postage.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, faulty, incorrect or does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, contact owmferrier@gmail.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment has begun. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Refunds

We will tell you when a return has been received and assessed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
