Lab Diamonds Direct supplies loose lab-grown gemstones. Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Price and delivery estimate

Orders are fulfilled from overseas. Delivery timing depends on the selected stones and destination. Please contact owmferrier@gmail.com before ordering for a current dispatch and delivery estimate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Remote locations, public holidays, customs checks, carrier disruption and events outside our reasonable control can cause delays.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are sent to our fulfilment partner after payment is confirmed. Tracking details will be emailed when available. Tracking events can take time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact owmferrier@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment has begun and are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Customs and taxes

Any taxes charged by the store will be shown at checkout. If a destination authority imposes an unexpected import charge that was not collected at checkout, contact us before paying so we can review the order.

Missing or delayed orders

If tracking shows no meaningful movement beyond the estimated delivery period, or the parcel appears lost, contact owmferrier@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier and fulfilment partner.
